GENCO currently provides support to more than 4,000 sites across southeast England, 24 hours a day 7 days a week!  We have an efficient highly skilled team, who can meet your every need.  All our vehicles are GPS tracked enabling us to locate the closest most appropriately qualified engineer and get them to you in as little as 4 hours.

Our maintenance co-ordinators and engineers will always go above and beyond to ensure that we establish and maintain an efficient and reliable service to our clients.  Our engineers will always present themselves in a profession manner wearing full GENCO uniform, arriving in sign written well equipped vehicles and carrying identification badges.

The Reactive Maintenance Team covers southern England including; London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire,  Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and Suffolk.

GENCO Construction has a team of highly motivated and experienced engineers and specialist contractors, including but not limited to; plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roofers, ground-workers, tilers and glaziers. If the job requires a specialist contractor, we have an extensive register of approved professionals that we call upon.

All our engineers hold a valid CSCS card along with a variety of other job appropriate training including; IPAF, PASMA, Confined Space, SPA and Asbestos Awareness. All managers and supervisors have been NVQ Assessed and have undergone SSSTS and SMSTS training.
