Our General Maintenance & Pest Proofing Division can provide support for all your maintenance needs. Our flexible in-house multi-skilled team are able to ensure that all your planned and preventative maintenance needs are met. This could vary from carrying out some minor small-scale maintenance repair to multi-trade bathroom or kitchen installations with associated plumbing and finishing works.

All our engineers hold a minimum of a CSCS Card which is complimented by an extensive training programme, ensuring all tasks are undertaken safely and in accordance with industry guidelines. Supporting our team of engineers, we have an extensive supply chain who have been thoroughly vetted prior to being added to our approved register.

Interior Fit-out & Refurbishment

Working as either a Sub-Contractor or Principal Contractor, we can meet the most demanding of interior fit-outs or refurbishment works, including; electrics, plumbing, flooring, ceilings, partitions, acoustics, cabling and final decoration.

Store Closure

Working as either a Sub-Contractor or Principal Contractor, we can clear and close a store of any size. From the planning and the supply of manpower and vehicles, to dealing with storage and waste disposal, we have it covered.

Pest Control Access & Maintenance

Working alongside our specialist contractors, we can support the maintenance requirements to ensure the capture and deterrent of pests including; rodents, insects, birds and plants. We achieve this by pest proofing wall, ceiling and floor junctions, as well as drainage systems. We also create ‘access hatches’ to enable quick entry into wall and ceiling cavities to stop pests from spreading.

Doors & Secure Exits

Fitting various internal and external doors from automatic and access control doors to roller shutters, PVC crash doors, security doors and all relevant door furniture. All our doors are fitted and maintained by our expert team, ensuring the fire and safety regulations are met as well as ensuring additional security measures to withstand intruders.

Washrooms

We can fit a range of washroom and changing room facilities to meet your design specification, i.e. vandal resistant, eco-friendly and accessible for children and people with disabilities. From survey, design and planning, to installation and aftercare, we can fit or refurbish high-usage facilities through to luxury washrooms.

GENCO ensures its staff and subcontractors work to industry regulations and offer servicing, maintenance and repairs to a wide range of gas equipment, including commercial gas boilers, steam systems and gas central heating systems.

CCTV Drain Surveys

Our engineers can inspect drains using the latest camera technology, offering high definition images that will identify both current and potential future problems. Our engineers will also establish the length and depth of the drain, connecting pipework and how to access to the problem area in order to conduct the repair.
