Our Construction & Civil Engineering Division has a wealth of knowledge and experience, successfully securing GENCO as a leader within the industry; being able to plan, manage and complete multi-facet projects within budget and on time. Projects can range from 1-day resurfacing works to F10 multi-trade summer roll out programmes including; groundworks, roofing, ceiling works, bathroom refits and all associated general maintenance.

With our dedicated HSQE Project support team, each project is planned, managed and delivered with Health & Safety and compliance being a priority.

All our projects are allocated a competent experience Site Manager who hold all relevant qualifications.

With a portfolio across the retail, commercial, private and public sectors, we are known for our cost-effective construction and high-quality finish. We have the ability to integrate with other in-house specialists from flooring and roofing, to interior fit-outs and ongoing facilities management, giving you the overall finished product whilst saving time and money.

Structural Steel & Fabrication

Specialising in the design, supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel, from supermarkets to schools, steel is at the core of so many projects due to its proven strength, durability and versatilely. We can provide a combined package of steelwork, roofing and wall cladding providing our clients with a new build structure.

Exterior Renovations

A building’s exterior is critical to the first impression received by a customer or potential investor, renter or buyer. Getting it right is important to us, and we use all our in-house skills to deliver. Groundworks & Drainage

From site investigation to ground stabilization and utility connections, GENCO has a wide range of skills. From laying gas and water mains to installing street lighting and fibre optics, our engineers are experienced at installing, repairing, renewing and removing all types of drainage systems, including deep drainage systems, storm water drains and storage systems.

Foundations & Basements

With experience in a variety of ground conditions and water control, GENCO can deliver on a wide range of works; including shallow foundations such as strip, pad or raft, and deep foundations such as piles, diaphragm walls or ground anchors, and basements that are fire resilient, waterproof and well ventilated.

Concrete Works

Our extensive knowledge of this versatile material enables us to work in challenging locations and following complex designs. Whether it be concrete frames, walls, beams, columns or culverts, to repairing and strengthening works, GENCO has the skills required.

Car Park & Roadways

From survey, design and planning, to construction and installation, GENCO’s engineers are NRSWA qualified and can construct roadways and car parks from the small and modest to large capacity car parks.
