Genco were acting as the Principal Contractor during a major refurbishment project to the multi-storey car park at Tesco’s South Tottenham.

The works included:

  • Installation of a new waterproofing system to the car park desks
  • Installing new gates and barriers
  • Updating to new LED lighting
  • Drainage maintenance and improvements
  • Decorating and associated roofing works

The project was delivered within budget and on schedule.
