Paydens chemist appointed Genco to assist with a fire damaged store in Southend. The cause was an electrical fire which had affected the whole store and adjoining properties within the building. A structural report was required to ascertain any damage which may have compromised the integrity of the building prior to any works being undertaken.

Once the report confirmed no structural issues, the client asked Genco to return the property to a CAT A standard unit, removing all fixtures, fittings, furniture, ceilings, and internal walls. The unit was stripped back to bare walls and all services capped off at source to provide a safe and clean working area for the required new fit out. All waste was removed in accordance with environmental requirements and the empty unit was handed back within 2 weeks for the client to sign off.

Genco have since been asked by Paydens group to be added to their preferred suppliers list for building and fit out maintenance and installation.
